We hope you had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to a fantastic snowsports season. A predicted strong La Nina winter promises some great snowfall and an extended season on the slopes.
We are entering our second season working with several other highly regarded programs under the umbrella of Olympic Ski School. Olympic is administering our program and has welcomed our top-notch, PSIA and AASI certified instructors to their organization. Olympic Ski School shares our family and community oriented values and philosophy, so you can be assured you will continue to receive first-rate instruction in small classes, taught by those who not only love the sport, but have a passion for sharing it. There are a couple changes you should note:
- We now will be selling our discounted tickets on the FIRST floor of the Pacific Crest Lodge. The staff and instructors will continue to meet and be available upstairs, just inside the doors from the Outer Limits Grill.
- Mid-week and Friday night programs (with and without transportation) are part of the Olympic program offerings for those interested in non-weekend programs.
The program again will be meeting directly next to and behind the Ski Check building. The east lodge (Pacific Crest Lodge) is the best staging area for students and families as it is the closest to the new meeting area. This also will provide an area for small ones to warm up and use the bathroom.
Overall, we expect the changes will be seamless to our valued customers and we look forward to working with you during the 2008 season! For complete information, bus schedules, pick up points and ticket pricing, go directly to the Olympic Ski School Website.
