Edmonds Shoreline Snowsports is a merger of Edmonds Ski School and Shoreline Snowsports -- two premier programs that have been serving their respective districts for nearly 60 years. Both were founded by parents in order to provide a safe, affordable skiing/snowboarding and learning experice for the children of the area. We are a non-profit organization and we take pride in providing a positive snowsports experience for our students. Through snowsports, we aim to promote an appreciation of our mountain environment and to develop a sense of self-reliance and responsibility.

While our transportation option services the Edmonds and Shoreline school district boundaries, our reputation for excellent training from first-rate instructors exceeded those bounds and attracted participants from far and wide. Our affiliation with Olympic Ski School allows us to continue to offer excellent coaching for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, from beginners, to steep and deep addicts, to those interested in becoming instructors.

Independent Programs -- there is a difference
Independent program instructors teach because they love the sport and are passionate about sharing that enthusiasm with others. It shows in the quality of their instruction, their independent pursuit of advanced instructor certification and in the enjoyment of the students who come back year after year, generation after generation. Our Staff Rocks!
We have coaches of all experience levels, ages, and backgrounds. We'll try to match you to a coach you can relate to and use as your guru for ski or snowboard improvement and excellence. All of our coaches spend extensive time improving and diversifying their own skiing and riding abilities. They also spend many hours learning how to apply the latest in technique and teaching methods and to do so with Safety! as an uncompromising objective. We are a member of PSIA - Professional Ski Instructors of America and AASI - American Association of Snowboard Instructors.
